As the strange observationalist that I am (Yea, I made up that word)
I have noticed that milk seems to last longer here then in NY.

I would think because of the heat milk would sour faster<?>
maybe because humidity is low?

Anyone have any ideas?

Jonathan

Your refrigerator here in Las Vegas is better than your refrigerator in New York?

Have you switched from skim, 1-2% to whole? The fats in whole milk make it last much longer.

Taking a wild guess but the refrigeration in stores in LV is set higher making the milk colder so on the way home the milk is actually colder than the fridge temp or close to it.? OR shipping the milk is closer to the stores than in NY? What would George Carlin say about this lol.
