I had an appointment at 10:15am and never got a phone call. They called me yesterday to remind me I had to appear today via telephone. It has been over an hour and I have not heard anything. Does this mean I am approved with the proof I sent them or does this mean I just have to wait longer?

Did they remind you via telephone or did they remind you that you were to APPEAR via telephone? I'm guessing either way, you're screwed if you didn't appear when they called you to remind you.
