Thanks everyone who has been replying on all my posts about houses, areas, flights etc!! Things look like they are coming together!! Just booked the plane tickets! Hubby got the call a few hours ago, meetings with his job on Friday, so we will be there Thursday! Househunting Thursday afternoon, Friday around his meetings, and all day and night Saturday!! Then red-eye it back to GA and be here Sunday morning!! SO excited about getting there... but now to get on the ball making appointments to see homes.. just wanted to say THANKS to everyone and let you all know we are heading that way!! WOOO HOOO!!!!

Thanks for the tip!! Yes, I will have to make lots of changes in my "norm" I suppose compared to what I am used to!! I am sure there will be more questions to come! Right now my MAIN concern is just ensuring I get a good home in a safe neighborhood for our family! I have been pretty good at doing it for the last 20 years of military moves, so I am sure I can do it in Vegas too - just seems to be more intimidating to me this time for some reason!! LOLOL The closest "BIG City" we have ever lived in was San Diego!! Well, wish me luck!! 19 hours and counting til take off!!
