Our last house in Spring Valley had the biggest roaches you'd ever want to see. Call it a beetle, or a roch or whatever they were huge and when I would have my BIL spray there'd be hundreds of dead ones the next morning on the patio. They rarely came in the house but they did. One neighbor was just dirty and the other had a pool so we got them from both sides!! We could hardly ever go outside because they would land on you!!

Just curious- Was your previous home a townhome that had some attached walls with your neighbors?

I tried to hand out some rep, but apparently, I've already been intimate with LVOC, Buzz, Elle, Kimba, Scoop, Logline, Von, Pinkstring and others. You really have to get around on this site.
