I don't know about best but Red Rock Station and Palace Station serve decent Chicken Fried Steak in the coffee shop.

I can tell you where the worst I have ever had is. Green Valley Ranch Grand Cafe. Had it there yesterday. It was some kind of rubbery chewy cube steak. Good thing it was comped.

That's odd, normally their food is pretty good (for comp'd food). We had breakfast there yesterday. I'm wondering how many of us pass each other in our travels
