I live on the east side of LV and same thing here no Postal boxes anywhere The post office is on Desert Inn Road but it is small and no automation for stamps and etc but their is a box outside of there. Usually long lines but the woman who works there is super and does a excellent job. It is closed from 1:00PM to 2:00PM for lunch go figure

They get busted into all the time. USPS got tired and pulls the ones that get hit often..

A number of the gas station convenience stores are also Post offices.

You can also schedule a pickup on usps.com the day before. They'll come to your house and pick up your mail if you don't have a mailbox.

Also talk to your mail carrier. I asked ours the same thing. He told me to just put it in my box. When he drops off my mail, he picks it up my out going mail.

Many neighborhood cluster mailboxes have a dedicated slot for outgoing mail. There's no law that says you can't use it if it's not "your" mailbox. Check in your neighborhood or areas you frequent.

To be more politically correct, they should be referred to as person boxes henceforth.

This is true all over the country as ID theft continues to grow.

It's a good idea not drop anything in the box after the last scheduled pickup of the day, especially if it's something of value or something that could compromise your personal info/credit file.

I have seen at the casino hotels also at the registration desks they have a place to put in out going mail That is what I should do when I get up in money carry a self address envelope with a stamp on it put the extra winnings in it mail it to me that way I can't dump back the winnings into the casino before I leave Pretty slick
