It's metallic. There is a dent (superficial)
On the passenger door.
So it might be cheaper just to have the car repainted?
If it was repainted you would have to look at
It closely to see the dent.

I recently used Service King (Centennial location) for some non-insurance work (parking sign at the Rio lept out at the exact moment I was making a turn...)

I actually dented the rear panel pretty good, coupled with a deep scratch all the way through, lots of peeling paint and car blood, it was terrible. Paid $810 for the repair... good as new... and I was able to get them to buff out a few scratches in that same general area for free.

A Maaco base coat/clear coat paint job (that is what the factory uses and what you'd want if it's metallic versus a cheaper single stage paint system) runs around $1800-2000 plus the dent removal or panel replacement. I know, I just recently got a quote. That includes a 3 year full warranty and 2 additional years prorated.

My last Maaco base coat/clear coat paint job lasted around 6-7 years before the clear coat started to fail. That's really not a knock on Maaco though since my Ford factory paint job had the same clear coat failure after about 7 years as well.

I took the corolla to another auto
Body repair shop. The estimate came
In at $800. Is there a difference between
These scratch and dent places online
Or craigslist vs auto body repair?
Thanks.
The new estimator told me that it would
Be btwn $5-6000 to repaint the car.
