Next would be the Mesa's. Seems like you get a bit more bang for your buck down there. I'm also going to check out Rhodes Ranch, (Anyone want to talk me out of that?) as you really get more house in that area. Plus I'm a golfer. Still, I think the best area is as close to Charleston as you can get imo. That's really based on an initial impression and what I want to be close to.
I love Murrieta, CA

It has also not been mentioned that Summerlin does not have the airport traffic Henderson has nor the mosquitos.

I live in the Seven Hills/Anthem area in Henderson and have never had an issue with mosquitoes. We have a limited amount of air traffic from the Henderson Executive Airport, but I have never felt like there was an issue with commercial jet traffic from McCarran in this area.

Henderson is often on lists of the best places to live. I saw the following a few days ago on the local news: City of Henderson among America.

Whoops -- it is supposed to be "The Club at Maderia Canyon". Darn spelling auto-correct.

Question: How many Summerlin residents does it take to screw in a light bulb?

Answer: Just one. She holds on to the light bulb and the world revolves around her.

I don't think any of us in Summerlin screw in our own light bulbs.

Summerlin residents complained about air traffic noise in the past. The nerve of the people residing there, hahahaha!
