All that exposed densglass has to come off. There's nothing done on the inside. All that has to be done. It might be cheaper to finish it, but only if you intend to build another giant resort there.
The quote bandied about most often is $1.5 billion to complete vs. $4 billion to build new. Now the $1.5 figure doesn't count whatever the purchase price is, but the $4 billion doesn't count the costs to demolish and clean up the parcel. I think it will sell and be completed when it's clear Resorts World is going to be finished. It's only a bargain if there is increased foot traffic to the north strip.

It's definitely not being worked on til Resorts world is at least visibly underway.

I would guess it doesn't even sell until Resorts World gets 3/4 of the way done.
