Wait... If you not supposed to put on your make up while driving why do they put a mirror smack dab in the center of the windshield? Sounds like entrapment to me, and don't even get me started on the " lighted" visor mirror right over the drivers head! My bathroom make up mirror isn't as good! I can talk hands free, put on my mascara, sing along with the radio and still remember that I am driving. Don't those cops know that women can multi-task?

What usually gets people pulled over is a cascade of offenses, which may or may not be reflected in the moving violations or even written up; i.e. illegal lane changes, erratic driving, whathaveyou. So you're actually not seeing the whole story and only speculating on why she got lite up.
