Had a visitor from out of town so I spent part of the last 2 days on Fremont Street. Wow! Lots of people and business is brisk. Loaded with street performers and many were almost naked. Standing right across from 'Kiss' was a naked 'Kiss'. I am happy to report Sponge Bob was still fully clothed. Ran into a red, white, and blue spangled 'showgirl'. First time I have ever actually seen a tattoo spelled wrong. Right above the booty, tramp stamp, esquisite... Would you not look something up to be sure it was spelled right before you had it tattooed on your body?

Then there was something new. Saw 4 or 5 women walking around topless except for pasties. Not regular street performers, no costumes. Just regular clothing on the bottom half. A few were wearing star pasties and the least imaginative were 'covered up' with electrical tape. Maybe this is a new thing, walking around Fremont Street 'topless'.

It's got to hurt to peel those things off.

The problem with tattoo spelling isn't the wearer it's the one that applies it. If they can't "spel" you're in trouble.

Electrical tape on a nipple on a hot Las Vegas day. Not good. That stuff "melts" to some extent.

No pictures?

A quick google was sufficient.

Charm of Fremont St I love the reaction of the Japanese tourist lol they think we are all crazy. This makes the street entertaining not boring so do not look if you do not like.

So is this a complaint thread, or a suggestion to visit Freemont?
I'm gearing up for the latter.

We're getting to the warmer part of the year where I almost sympathize with the buskers wearing heavy Sponge Bob costumes.

how much do those street performers make per night? It just seems a lot of trouble to make the little tips.

Obviously enough to live off.
One guy, in an article, said he made 21 an hour pan handling. That's a tax free 21 an hour, by the way.

The guy who charges $20 to get kicked in the nuts said he was making a couple hundred every night.

Not a complainer! Just go see! Not tonight, it's cold and rainy! And they might be all covered up.

Just observing something new. Maybe a trend, maybe not!
