Well let's see... If you have 100 people coming each day, and they spend 15 minutes total there (parking, getting out of car, walking to apt and then doing this all again to leave), that would mean 4 people an hour...

SO.... 100 divided by 4 is 25 hours.. Not that many hours in a day.....

I would bet that maybe there is 20 people during then entire day that come and go.... And I would bet this doesn't happen every day either....

It's just a hypothetical. The numbers don't matter because residential zoning forbids this sort of activity in any manner. If you want to run a business out of your home, buy a house that is zoned for such a thing, they do exist.

If you want privacy and control of the parking lot, BUY A HOME!

Are you advocating that the OP is trying to control the parking lot? He just wishes for this particular individual to respect the HOA bylaws just like everyone else in the community does. The entire point of living in communities with bylaws is that you forego some freedom so you live in an area where people abide by rules that enhance the quality of life in the area. If people do not like those rules, they should not rent/buy in those types of communities.

Coming and going with short stays in residential housing, especially apts is ALWAYS drugs. ALWAYS.

Unless it is all men going to a girls apt, then... I think you can figure that out.

Perhaps they're selling everything in their house on craigslist months before relocating so there is lots of coming and going as people are looking at things?

That's how it went for me. I wanted to get the most money for my stuff before moving so I gave myself plenty of time to catch the right fish, and wouldn't take an offer less than I wanted.

Or maybe they're one of those people that has a side business where they buy storage units of stuff when people stop paying on them. They set up a little studio in their place to take pictures of items and post it on craigslist for people to buy. If it was ebay I'd assume they'd do shipping so there wouldn't be the coming and going of lots of people.

It could be any number of things.

While it could be any number of things (like the most successful Amway salesman ever), the most likely scenario is drugs.

Or the most likely assumption.

I notice the OP has not returned. Moreover, the OP has only 1 post -- the original in this thread.
