Over the weekend an interesting set of articles on ESA. The RJ published a news story indicating that the ESA application tend to be coming from the well off zip codes. That led to two opinion articles suggesting that ESA is proving to be a rich guys thing or that it is too early to tell and the poor may jump in as it becomes real.

And all this in the face to two suits that it is contrary to the Nevada Constitution. The Constitutional battle sounds tough for ESA. You end up with Nevada checks going to sectarian institutions which is exactly what is forbidden.

And then this morning the Sun jumped in with a view that the parents of those already sending their children to private school are complaining that they are being discriminated against...which they are...
