I'm out and need to restock. Where can I find some fresh, roasted New Mexico Hatch Green Chili here in Vegas?

You need a time machine to take you back in time four months.

You can find them in lots of grocery stores, but you missed the season for the fresh ones that they roast in the bins. If jarred or frozen hatch chili doesn't bother you, I think Albertson's has them.

I know Smith's roasts them once a year, we do buy a couple boxes, but gone through that already. Need to buy more next time. I'll check out the grocery store....not looking for the canned ones though. I wonder - has anyone seen them at the swap meet? I know I've seen the red ones, but not green

To find fresh Hatch chiles, you need to be looking in August-Sept. As someone else said, it's too late now.

This place ships roasted and frozen, I think!

Best place for bags of frozen ones is probably at one of the Mexican grocery stores. Or Costco (at least, I saw them recently at my local Costco in Colorado. )

I've seen them. Oh, wait a minute. That was in my freezer. But, seriously, I have seen them in grocery stores. Frozen...too late for fresh as the others have said.
