I've been to both. It VASTLY depends on what you want. Want to chill on the beach in tropical weather? BVI. Want fun/excitement/entertainment/variety? Vegas.

I advise on both.


Tortilla is quite an amazing place. My advise is to take a boat over to the Tortola Virgin Gorda. Two beautiful beaches seperated by huge boulders which you can climb inside to reach the other side.

Did they put in a dock, or do you still have to swim in (hence the name "Soggy Dollar")
