Do you have or have you had the flu this season, and did you get a flu shot?

I can feel it coming on, malaise specifically lethargy/tiredness. I got the flu shot late last year, so we'll see what this turns into.

I never got the flu shot, and I never had the flu. The flu shot is a scam. The real flu shot is having high vitamin d levels. I take 20,000iu a day and have a level between 75-85 consistently. You want your levels above 50 and below 100, so mine are perfect. I have been doing this for over 10 years.

A boy in my daughter’s elementary school, Vanderburg, died on Thursday from the flu. Very sad. Everyone should get the flu shot.

A flu shot was mandatory since I work at a Federal medical center. Still had a protracted upper respiratory infection that lasted 30 days +.

Never thought to supplement Vit-D but I always felt like getting 40 mins a day of sun would help prevent me getting sick.

I don't think the flu shot is a scam, insurance companies pay for it and they are the biggest scammers, I don't think anyone could out-scam them. Effectiveness is usually around 20-30%.

Last time I had the flu was about 30 years ago. I've never gotten the flu shot, either. We didn't have flu shots when I was growing up and I remember as a young kid getting the flu every year. By brother and I would stay home from school, get plenty of rest, and stay HYDRATED. We were back to normal in about 4-5 days.

Not here, thankfully. I’ve been religious about my flu shots ever since I got it 15-20 years. I have never been that sick, missed over a week of work and I’ll always remember wondering with my wife how much sicker I could get and not die. I never want to go through that again.

Edit: Oops, sorry, just noticed what forum this was in......color me an interloper.

I stopped getting the flu when I stopped getting the flu shot. It is poison with Mercury aka thermosil when you read the ingredients list. Not only is megadosing on vitamin D excellent for you, it's cured my asthma as well as megadosing vitamin C when I'm feeling run down. (Take as much vitamin C your body can handle until bowel tolerance. I've been up to 50-70,000 mgs sometimes.)

The flu shot has also paralyzed a man: https://thefreethoughtproject.com/fa...nded-flu-shot/

Agree with everything she says:
