Will be moving to Summerlin but plan to travel part of the year. I see a few online services that provide PO boxes/scan mail/forward mail/etc.... Anybody have experience/suggestions on the best ones? Or the worst ones? I prefer westside of town since we'll be living in Summerlin. Your feedback is appreciated.

USPS offers premium forwarding - a paid service where they box up everything and overnight it to you once per week.

Just a cautionary note for lurkers. There are people out there (I'm sure the OP is not one of them!) who purchase property in Nevada and claim Nevada as their state of residence for income tax purposes, even though they don't spend the requisite 6-months-plus-1-day in Nevada. They have their mail forwarded to them in, say, high-tax California. Come April 15, they assert to the California Franchise Tax Board that they are residents of Nevada and don't owe income tax in California.... or perhaps they file a non-resident return.

California - and all the other states - see this all the time. They come after you. There is a pretty broad checklist of items to ensure you have truly broken residency with those other states. Simply having an address and forwarded mail won't suffice. The FTB is pretty much like a junkyard dog in their determination.

OP, I'm sure you're on the up and up. My comment is for other people browsing. Just sayin'.

Thank you. I had heard of the USPS forwarding and that is a consideration.

As to your other thoughts you are very correct about the California FTB. We will sever all ties to California so this won't be an issue for us. Nevada will be our true residence and I would imagine we'll be there more than 6 months a year. Good head's up though for people that think they can play games with the FTB. The FTB is much more tenacious than the IRS... MUCH!
