Hardly sounds like the alarmist report OP seems to be suggesting.

There are some interesting tidbits from the actual data.

5500 jobs were actually lost but the seasonally adjusted number was 4,000. 4600 of those were public sector jobs and 900 were private sector. They expected 4500 new private sector jobs were created under their seasonal adjustments -- when they actually lost 900. They expected a loss of 6000 public sector jobs under their seasonal adjustment forecast -- when only 4600 were lost which gave them the +1400 jobs.

If you believe in the seasonal adjustment accounting principle, the -5400 miss on private sector jobs is a pretty large number for one month. Would be interesting to get the exploded data by metro area.

Probably not low enough for you to be able to afford it

You keep posting the same crap year after year, how much money have you lost by not investing in real estate?

You got burned once, then you missed the boat. Get over it.

OMG what an intentionally misleading summary, OP!

Per the article:

- NV GAINED 45,500 JOBS, YoY.

- NV JOB GROWTH is 3.3% - over double the Natl avg.

How in the world can you pick one little incomplete data point and claim things are bad??
