Another reason I live in an HOA. This will not go well in the long run for Henderson. And the pittance of money they are raving about ($370k) is noting to brag about. Instead of approving STR, they should have been enforcing the existing rules. Think about it, who on here wants to live next to a party house/transient hotel with people constantly coming and going? I don't think many people would be excited about that, other than the people doing the renting. And I'm willing to bet the ones doing the renting probably live in an HOA that won't allow them, therefore they won't be subjected to that nuisance.

I laughed when the news mentioned 370k profit. That is nothing and not worth all the complaints headed their way. Apparantly it will be re visited in a year. Is there even really a demand for STR's in Henderson?
