Sometimes, it seems like every young person in America wants to move to San Diego. Yes, the weather is great, but rent is like LA, and wages are like Phoenix. The Federal Government has already told CA that there will be no bailout. Things might get ugly next month.

I'll work for $10/hr. Any place that can pay that, I'm in.

Any suggestions on where to look?

I work as a security gurard and make $9.50 an hour. I would look in the security section of Craigslist, or nevada job connect. Look for private unarmed security. Casino security is much tougher to get into, and you have to deal with a lot more too.

Hi David,

I just got a job offer today with your company! I should be starting next week pending the background check.

I can't express how grateful I am to you and Robert for your help in my situation.

I look forward to working with you both!

Scott

Ditto!

It's a steady job working for a very reputable A/V company here in town.

I'll give you more info once I'm settled into the job.

Thanks to everyone!

Where are you looking for jobs? I went out this week running my normal errands and happen to run into 6 different help wanted posts. Target...Home depot...2 different resturants...Whole foods. This town has soooo many jobs out there compared to other places it is not even funny. Go to each hotels web site and I can find over 200 service industry jobs available right now. THANK GOD I HAVE A JOB RIGHT NOW.... but if I didnt I can rest easy knowing there are people like you out there with the lack of ambition to not get off your ass and find a job in 9 months that is right under your nose!
