I was driving around with LVD the other day and we noticed in North Las Vegas that Las Vegas Blvd north was closed, it was like somewhere between N Main Street and Lake Mead Blvd

anybody know whats going on with that?

Main st is being reconstructed but I think that LVB is still open during construction.

You were told correctly. To some of us long time locals though, NLV still has a stigma attached, and NLV zip codes are not desirable, no matter where they are. I believe a NLV address eliminates a percentage of buyers; though I don't have any actual stats on it.

I actually know this. I live in the rapidly improved area of Aliante.
