I am a canadian citizen tired of all the crap in canada and looking to relocate to Dallas. Hear that jobs are secure there, but how doesn't a canadian citizen do this. All the help anyone can give me would be great.

Thank you

The jobs are there - as long as you have very specialized skill sets. DFW is booming compared other parts of the country.
If "the crap" in Canada is a problem for you you might find it rather difficult to deal with US immigration. Types of Visas for Temporary Visitors

Threestep: the crap I am dealing with has nothing to with authority. It is I am tired of being alone, tired of the contract jobs. Thinking it is time to moved on to make a new start in my life. Not getting any younger, but I am beginning to hate Ontario alot.

DFW can be a hostile environment to strangers. But back to the original question - after going through the options - which visa do you qualify for?

I am from Ontario too and I researched far and wide how to move to US for a while now. You simply can't. What hurts even more is that as a immigrant to Canada 16 years ago I (my parents rather) got declined to go to US.

I have to wait more until the economy improves, until I get a job offer and until I find a girl there to marry.. These are your only choices.

Curious to know what crap you are dealing with in Canada. We probably have more "crap" here in the U.S. If I were younger I would love to move to Canada. Why do you dislike Canada?

The crap I am dealing with is short term employment, no love life and tired of being alone. Dislike Ontario for those reasons. Moved here 11 years a go for a better life, but it hasn't happened. I have stuck it out and not sure how much more I can take.
