if you got your green card through the EB2 application, are there conditions/restrictions with that as you would see with green cards via marriage with US citizens?

if so, where can we know about those conditions?

Just that the employment offer must be bona fide. If you leave the employer a few weeks after getting the green card, it can be subject to scrutiny when renewing the green card or when applying for citizenship.
