Justin Bieber’s highly publicized arrest for DUI and other infractions has led some to compare the Canadian entertainer’s handling by U.S. law enforcement to that of undocumented immigrations.

In particular, the New York Times’ Andrew Rosenthal has suggested that if Bieber were “poor, obscure and, say, Hispanic” he might be swiftly deported

There's now a petition going on to ask the White House to deport him. Though he is on a special visa that is issued to those with exceptional talents. I guess his talent is in being an exceptional idiot.

Yeah, let's keep the welfare pirates but deport a highly successful legal resident whose managing keeps dozens of Americans employed.

Actually I don't think there is any real evidence that the poor welfare types are being deported either. Just fine him appropriately and let him pay.

I agree to make him pay, but on the other hand what makes you think Canada wants him back? I'm just sorry the breathalizer showed him under the legal limit. Still got the other charges they can get him on.

Agreed. Beiber needs to LEAVE the US since he's a legal alien to messed up big time.

IMHO drinking under 21 years old should be "legal" but; NO drinking while driving for ANY person.

they have to take him back, he's a CDN citizen,

once he's back in CAN getting back to the US could be a problem, people have been denied entry at the US/CAN border because of past DUI
