Dual citizenship and marriage! (green card, GC, America, petition)

I have been a Green Card holder as a scientist since 2012, and I will apply for US citizenship in 3 years.
Once I get the dual citizenship (American/French), will my boyfriend get a Green Card when we get married?
He is French too and currently lives in the US with a O1 VISA since 2012.

I don't know, will he?

If he's an O1 there's no reason why he can't have a green card within 6 months. An EB1 is almost always current. Even if his employer won't cough up the cash, surely he'd be eligible for a national interest waiver?

There's no need to even consider the green card/citizenship aspect of your relationship. He has the ability to get a green card on his own merits.

Not until you file for him. He will not automatically get a GC unless you file a petition and its approved.
