I am a British citizen currently on a J-1 visa, completing an internship. This visa will expire towards the end of October 2016.
I met my fiance 2 months ago and we plan to get married in the next month or so. She moved in with me last month when her lease was up, she is not on our lease agreement because I signed the lease without her (obviously) in March.
We have picture evidence, and friends to vouch for us. Is this enough to prove that this is a genuine marriage?

Nobody can tell you if your Adjustment of Status will be granted. Collect as much evidence of a spontaneous decision as possible, file your paperwork as soon as possible. Joint bank accounts, leases, ... anything.
