I think you can apply for EB1c visa. EB1C visa is for supervisors and professionals who fulfill L1A non immigrant requirements and have an interest in becoming legal long lasting citizens. The primary difference between L1A and EB1C is that the latter provides the unfamiliar successor long lasting property. Although having L1A visa is not a requirement for EB1C, an unfamiliar will have a more powerful situation for an EB1C if he or she was in L1A position before.
