No.. unless they were misdemeanor offences or offenses that carry a jail/prison sentence.
But you probably have warrants because you didnt take care of the tickets. When they catch up with you, that will cause you sufficient amount of grief.
You probably won't have a problem getting a visa but you'll certainly have a problem if you look for any kind of a driving license or driving-related job when back in the US. If you do get a visa and return stateside I'd strongly suggest you immediately clear up those tickets and warrants.
Don't worry too much...you are just doing what the president of the US did...He only started to pay his tickets after he decided to run for the presidency...so you should be fine. You can always claim you followed his example
