I was at 4th and New Streets today meeting with someone. What part of Bethlehem is that considered? Is it the area where everyone says it's a nice place to walk around with lots of stores? I did see lots of stores there.

That's the South side. The historical section, that ichiroll speaks of as Main and Broad, is where Moravian College, The Moravian Bookstore, Hotel Bethlehem and The Bethlehem Brew Works are located.
