Not sure if I'd say I had a "good" experience with Locators Inc. Their listing system is very difficult to use (not user friendly that's for sure), they are of no help whatsoever, all they do is provide a list of rentals. They indicated to my husband that they were more "hands on" in helping find a rental. I was thinking of them initially as more "property management" company, well they are definitely not. They also indicated on the listing for the house that we did rent, that the landlord would reimburse us the fee if we rented with him. Our landlord denies this. When I called Locators Inc. to get to the bottom of this dispute, they confirmed the landlord listed it as "fee reimbursed" but then they also stated that they have a note in their system that says the landlord "would consider reimbursing the tenant". Locators couldn't answer me as to why they posted it as landlord will reimburse fee when he was actually undecided about it. So we have a minor dispute going with our new landlord already because of Locators Inc.'s false advertising so-to-speak.

Other than that the move went fairly smoothly. Very exhausting but not bad. I am suffering from
homesickness & am somewhat hesitant to venture out onto these crazy highways, but I have done it.... one baby step at a time! I do thank you for your support & everyone else that advised me & helped.
