Me and my wife are moving to Kentucky within the next month. I will be working in Lexington and my wife's family is in Corbin. So, we are wanting to live in between. We are looking for a house or an apartment to rent in Berea near the interstate. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Craigs list or hotpads maybe might have something.

Beautiful place perfect for entertaining friends!

What price range are you looking for? Do you have kids or pets? How much room do you need?

No kids or Pets. Looking for something under $850 and around 1,000 sq ft. Do not know the area too well. Trying to find areas to avoid and maybe some direction into what to look into, apts, house rentals, etc.

I don't live in Berea, but I visit the area often. As far as I know there is no bad side of town, or area to avoid. Keep in mind I am not an expert. Some areas may be more desirable than others. Hopefully someone else will be able to give you more info.
