I got quotes for 6500 and 8500 depending on which unit we get. We have a 2600sf 2-story home. The a/c and air handler units would be replaced and removed.

I got a couple of quotes and decided upon the Costco/Lennox deal.

We went for the top of the line Lennox 21 Seer signature series and matching air handler. Also got a new boiler.

Deal was great after you factor in the costco cash rebate and dividends for charging it on the costco amex, and exec card rebate...

Is that the cost of the unit or the whole install with labor?

Everything. I bought everything outright myself. Then got quotes for the labor. Worked out great. Let me know if you want my installers number.
