That's another thing we do not have here in California (despite the very many Asians) ~ decent Chinese food. You have to pay extra for the rice and the tea does not come with the meal. No won ton soup either.

True. What I've noticed is outside of NY, most areas have sloppy buffett style joints with food that looks like it's been sitting out all day.
Highly recommend Asian Moon's sesame chicken ... it's light, airy and crispy on the outside. Made just right. Best sesame chicken on LI imo.
