Thinking about moving to Roosevelt Street Garden City, Any thoughts on the area? (Adams: house, to live in)

My husband and I made an offer on a house and are thinking seriously about making the move. Any thoughts or suggestions about the area/community? We are not from Garden City so we are not really familiar with the area. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Great street, great location, great price for that house. Used to live in that area, tons of really nice families. Go for it. Good luck!
