What do you mean by "only"

Do you feel better knowing only half your money goes to the County?

The county will still take in over 6 million dollars.

Don't worry they will be adding more soon and will be increasing the fine to 75 soon enough

If you read the article, you would see that the companies that get the other 50% employ 'traffic safety research coalitions' and lobbyists to advance their greedy agendas.

The bigger crime is that some of these contracts don't let the city, police, etc. lengthen the time for the yellow lights.
