Looking for a good, clean, newer, well managed APT BUILDING on LI. (not someones attic or basement)
Anywhere in-between . (pref something along the route of travel )
Laguardia Airport and Farmingdale Rebuplic Airport
- Area with Bars and Restaurants nearby
- Age group of people that hang out in the area (20’s)
- 2 Bdrm Apt Max Budget 1700 / month
* No Ghettos *

2 BR in a newer, well managed apartment complex - on Long Island, I suggest you increase your budget.

could go up to 1800.
Doesnt need to be the newest, coolest, best managed place on LI. Just Not looking for a pos in the ghetto...

You might want to take advice from your username and throw in an extra 300 if you are serious about a 2br.

Your current budget would only get you a 1 br in some apartment communities.

Good comment about my sn, only if thats what it meant...
2100 for a basic 2brm apt, Are you serious? LI is an overpriced $hithole, every last part of it.
