it is either comunity service or 2 points off license with a fine.
As they should be strict with someone who willfully speeds 25 miles over the speed limit.

Please learn from your mistake and slow down your driving.

They have several office on Long Island (I volunteer in the Huntington one). I believe there is a Riverhead location...
Thanks, this sounds like a good option.

Any idea on whom to ask to find a place to serve?
Thanks in Advance
Doesn't the Court have to approve the place and work performed? It's my understanding the Court Clerk needs to provide the guidelines and has a list of pre-approved community service options.

Nope, the judge just asked for 14 hours and gave general gudelines as to where to perform those hours.
I called a couple of places and there are not accepting" volunteers" at this time.

You offer to mow the judges lawn for the rest of the season and help close up his pool?

This doesn't sound too bad. Just community service? No points, no fine?
