they are having a tough time forecasting because of the timing from rain to snow . The same excuse , if it does this or it turns that ,same B.S. !!! I will guess 10'' for my area , THAT IS MY FINAL ANSWER !!! and winter for 4 more weeks , I did not see my shadow ..........
