That's why these development projects in places full of illegal aliens and other undesirables like Hempstead are such a waste of money. First clean up the population, or nobody decent will want to move there no matter what you build. If you build the nice stuff before doing that, the existing dirtbags will just keep the decent people afraid to come there and will end up destroying it.
Can we bring up any national stats on who attack women more ? Citizens or illegal immigrants ?

This is one sexual assault more than should be because of unfettered illegal immigration. This guy 1) came here illegally; 2) Assaulted this woman -- and who knows how many more; 3) had a counterfeit US Resident Alien card.
