Like everyone else I am thinking it is usually Commack compared to HHH. Harborfields and Northport actually have some beach front similarities and share a border.
If you want beach, Cpt or Npt even. If you want flat lots and close proximity to highways/parkways, Commack. Each area has something great to offer, depends on your preference. I really like ALL of them, for different reasons.

Commack proximity to highways is overrated. its true they're right there but you're getting crushed on sunken meadow and on the northern state/lie from sunken meadow to 110. you're better off taking the back roads and getting on the highways at Woodbury or 135
