Do any of you guys no any goverment programs where we can get more younger
people to learn our trade and the will help pay for there training if we take
these young people on....not sure where i stand on ongoing training people on right out of school...

Last I knew BOCES taught the trade but unless you had a dad and 6 uncles in the union you couldn't get an apprentice card to learn. Add to that the current problem of American youths unwillingness to do hard work and you may be fighting an uphill battle.
Job Corps is the only thing I know of, but it isn't open to just anyone.
I worked with a pipefitter in NC who went through their program; he was damn good.
