Shed allowance in Brookhaven (fences, permit, build)

Ive read many of the rules from Brookhaven. I am tearing down my current 9x9 shed build on concrete slab. Its roughly 3ft away from both fences (being situated in the back corner). My intention is to maximize my allowed non-permited structure to 12x12 or 144 sq ft.
My question is, can I build a 12x12 shed with an attached porch with roof (which extends past the 12x12 foot print of the 4 walls of the shed)??
