Pet deposit of $400 is extra plus a one time pet fee of $400; plus a monthly pet fee of $40, monthly unassigned garage parking an additional fee of $225 (free: one space on surface lot). 2 pet limit. Yes...not cheap. My bet is that is not in the OP budget at all. With multiple pets finding a rental is like seeing a Unicorn pretty much. No owner wants a tenant that will turn their place into an animal house.
