Good afternoon folks,

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me?

I'm looking to buy a home in Rockville Centre, close to the Malverne Border.

Which LIRR Station is better/easier in terms of Parking in the morning? Rockville Centre or Malverne?

Is there free parking around the stations? If so, do the lots get full often and are hard to park?

Any information related to this would be grateful!!!

The only station where you won't have an issue with parking near you is West Hempstead. you could drive there in about 10 minutes. It's the beginning of the line that stops at Malverne. Malverne has very limited parking and being it's a Village, they probably have permitted parking. RVC. parking...FORGET IT!! unless you get there at 5am. It's a main line so the trains go straight to Penn Station.

RVC parking is fine but starts to run out around 8:15ish Monday-Wednesday when school is in session.

Just make sure this house is in the incorporated village. There are areas that are post-code RVC with RVC schools but are technically not RVC. No Village taxes for those properties, but also no Village amenities, including a parking sticker.
