A friend of mine just spent 299k on a house in the Outter banks, NC. He has it rented for a year already and only has 1 week for himself.

sorry i do work a lot of hours.i am looking in long island.i have twice rented a home in southhampton and sah harbor for a week.i didn't know it was illegal.i wanted to know if there were other areas as hamptons and sag harbor are expensive for the size of home you are getting.
