Over the past few days with the storm, I went through almost 1/3 tank. I was not comfortable saying under 1/2 tank so I got a COD delivery for $2.83/gal...

I'm not under contract anymore so seriously considering switching to natural gas (I have gas lines running to my boiler area already). I heard those Navien tankless units are pretty good.

I have a Bosch tankless boiler and also have experience with a Navien. My only caveats are that the call for hot water can take a little longer, like 15-30 seconds delay and the main one, is that not many plumbers know how to service them. Last week the Navien stopped working. After 3 plumbers and 5 days of troubleshooting, the resolution was a call to Navien tech support and they walked the plumber through the process of reprograming the Navien. For some unknown reason the Navien lost it's configuration. Damn I could have done that and saved myself a lot of $$$.

I ripped through about 1/4-1/3. I'm at 1/4 tank now but my gauge is pretty terrible and I use a big stick anyway. Going to wait it out a little longer till it warms up and get a refill in a week or so.

I’m at 1/4 tank myself.
Calling for a delivery this week.
If it weren’t for the wood stove I probably would’ve ran out days ago.
I only do 100-150 gallons at a time.
I’m cheap(poor).

Anyone have an alternate phone number to Perillo Bros? I have tried calling their number on the website the last two days, and no one has answered.

According to the news, these guys are so swamped with the big freeze they can’t handle the volume of calls.
