If you want a barber like the one pictured above then go to Vintage barbers on Main Street in Islip. Their outfit is very similar to the picture above but they have added a bowtie to the shirt. I know all the guys who work there. Ask for Carlos or Fernando. They are all in their 30's and 40's.

I tried iron & tread in Sayville and rockabilly in Northport. Not impressed at all with either. I will give them credit they do have better decor and interior styling than most places but the hair cut was a standard quickie. Nothing to rave about. Never returned to either.
