Received ticket for TOB PERMIT NOT REGISTERED TO PLATE in the Bethpage lot.
FYI, if you ever get your plates stolen or get new ones for whatever reason, don't forget to let TOB know your new plate number. Apparently they tie the plate# to your sticker and actually verify them at the lots. Of course this never crossed our mind to get them to update the plate# on record. 3 months with new plates and now we get a $135 ticket... we'll try and plea it down.
I don't know much about the Bethpage area, but I'm sure you can get it dismissed, especially if you're not a major repeat offender. That's just silly, but good to know.
I think you should be able to get it dismissed . I just read how someone had their bumper replaced and didn’t realize ticket wasn’t on, they said it was dismissed. Good luck

Dismissed at the court though right? That's only if we don't take the plea and have to go back a 2nd time for a "trial"? The plea they give you without even hearing you out. Been there for something else in that lot. What a pain in the ass they are.
EDIT> They're telling me to go into the Massapequa office with the documentation. We'll see...

I think they will dismiss it. It’s a lot like the MTA toll violations where you change cars but forget to add it to your account. Once you show proof they cancel it.
