Hi there,

Does anyone know of a reasonably priced tenant landlord attorney they would recommend?

This is a matter in Nassau Co. involving family members fighting over a house owned by parent with dementia. One sibling has control over the parent, and trying to evict other siblings based on verbal "rental agreement" with mom, who doesn't remember.

Sounds like an interesting case. Why do I think that there is a lot more to this story?

I would think an elder care attorney might be best.

Unless this is actually a "tenant," you need and Elder care or Trust and estate attorney as BGlove says.
