It is located west of Nichols Rd, just south of townline road and north of Wayne street. It’s on a dead end block. Does anyone have some info regarding the area? And is it close to the industrial areas?

Thanks so much guys!

Probably 20-25 minutes during rush hour to get to the industrial park. It's fine. Just be aware that may be town of islip and not smithtown, and park access may be different based on that. Personally I think Smithtown has much better parks, some of which you will not have access to as a TOIslip resident.

I'd imagine that south of Townline Rd would be Islip.

It would be so much easier to help you if you gave the actual street name!

Sounds like Smithtown to me.

Is it the Raised Ranch, or the new construction one block over (Colonial)??

Either way it's Smithtown...

Where is the industrial park actually located? I don’t work over there I just wanted to see how far/ close I am. Thank you though for the info!

If it’s south of Townline road it should be Islip.

It's Islip.

A quick way to tell whether a Hauppague house is Town of Smithtown or Town of Islip is to do a property tax search on the Town of SMithtown web site. Plug in the house number and street name and if it comes up, then you know it's Smithtown. If not, it's Islip.

https://taxonline.egov.basgov.com/sm.../Search/Search

In the Property Address box just put in the house # and street name (e.g., 85 Serene which comes up as No Result which tells you it's Town of Islip instead.)

And if it is in Town of Smithtown it will also give you the correct information about the current property taxes on that house, which is handy to have.

Easy peasy.

(deleted my previous post because I accidentally included an older link that only shows up to 2017 tax info)
